Links Lending offers a No Income Verification loan option that requires only tax returns, W2s, or paystubs. A paystub and tax returns are usually all that is needed to suffice for a provider’s underwriting requirements regarding proof of income. Proving income can be challenging for borrowers whose incomes come from various sources and income might often fluctuate.

We require a 25% down payment for a purchase transaction and 65% Loan to Value ( LTV) financing for refinancing.
